We have been made aware that some participants have received scam emails from companies falsely claiming to assist with hotel reservations or travel / financial support for this symposium. These messages are not from the organizers and are not affiliated with the symposium in any way.

Please note:

• Please do not respond to such emails unless you have already requested a room through the symposium organizers or the Liberty Hotel, and the message comes directly from them (using symposium, institutional, or hotel e-mail address, or via EasyChair).
• We have never authorized any third-party companies to contact participants regarding registration, hotel reservations.
• Special hotel room-rate information is communicated directly to registered attendees only.

If you receive a suspicious message or are unsure whether a communication is genuine, contact us at info@imri2026.org before taking any action. Do not reply, click links, or share personal or payment information. Please delete these messages, and consider reporting them to your institution's IT/security team.
