Registration Steps
- Complete the online registration form. (The registration site will be open in 2026)
- Receive confirmation email with details
- For international participants: Check if you need a visa for the country and apply early

- Early Bird Registration Deadline: August 30, 2026
- Registration Deadline: October 8, 2026
- Symposium Dates: October 8-9, 2026
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made before September 24, 2026: Full refund minus a $55 administrative fee
- Cancellations after September 24, 2026: No refund
Student Registration
To qualify for the student/resident/fellow rate, you must have a full-time position at the time of the conference. You will be asked to submit a copy of document that proves your status (e.g., a valid student ID, a letter from your institution confirming your status).
Registration
You will jump to an external registration website hosted by Mass General Brigham.
A special room rate will be available for registered attendees. We will communicate the details directly to those who register. Please note that the availability of rooms with the special rate is limited.
