The 15th Interventional MRI Symposium welcomes high-quality research abstracts and papers in all areas related to interventional MRI and image-guided procedures.

Submission Types

Full Papers

  • 6-8 pages in length (including figures, tables, and references)
  • Present original research with significant results
  • Will be considered for oral presentation and/or poster presentation

Short Papers

  • 3-4 pages in length (including figures, tables, and references)
  • Present work in progress or preliminary results of ongoing research
  • Will be considered primarily for poster presentation

Formatting Guidelines

All submissions must follow the conference template and formatting guidelines:

  1. Use the provided LaTeX or Word template (Download Templates)
  2. Paper size: A4
  3. Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  4. Font: Times New Roman, 11pt
  5. Line spacing: 1.15
  6. Section headings: Bold, 12pt
  7. Figures and tables must be numbered and have captions
  8. Citations and references must follow APA style

Submission Process

  1. Prepare your manuscript according to the formatting guidelines
  2. Remove all identifying information for double-blind review
  3. Convert your final manuscript to PDF format
  4. Submit through the conference submission system

Review Process

All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process, with each paper being reviewed by at least three members of the program committee. Papers will be evaluated based on:

  • Originality and innovation
  • Scientific and technical contribution
  • Methodological rigor
  • Clarity of presentation
  • Relevance to the conference themes

Publication

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be made available online during the conference. Selected high-quality papers will be invited for extension and submission to special issues of partner journals.

Presentation Requirements

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present the paper. Failure to present the paper at the conference will result in the paper being removed from the proceedings.

Ethics Policy

All submitted papers must adhere to high standards of research ethics. The conference follows the ACM Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. Any form of plagiarism, falsification of data, or other unethical behavior will result in rejection of the paper.
